The DFREE® Global Foundation, Inc. provides websites, platforms, programs, and digital experiences (collectively, the "Services"). By clicking here, you agree that you have read the agreement below and agree to its terms.

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you and DFREE® Global Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation" or "Website Owner"). By registering for or using any service provided by the Foundation, you become a client ("Client") and you agree to be bound by all of the terms (the "Terms") set forth in this Agreement as long as you remain a Client.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR USE ANY DFREE® GLOBAL FOUNDATION, INC. SERVICE. The Terms are subject to change at any time, effective upon notice to you.

The Foundation reserves the right, with or without notice, to make changes to the Terms at Website Owner's discretion. Your continued use of any part of the Foundation's websites or services constitutes your acceptance of such changes to this Agreement. You should review this Agreement periodically to determine if any changes have been made.

By using any services provided by the Foundation, you agree that in no event will DFREE® Global Foundation, Inc., Website Owner, DFREE® Solutions, LLC, Corporate Community Connections, Inc., Dr. DeForest B. Soaries, Jr., and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, and web hosting services be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages as a result of your accessing the website and using any of the services available.

Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by the Foundation or Website Owner shall be a return of any fees paid to the Foundation or Website Owner for any services provided under this Agreement.

You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless the Foundation, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, web hosting services, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards, or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of the Foundation's services or websites, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions arising out of your use of the services provided by the Foundation. You are responsible for any activities that take place under your username and password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security, please contact the Foundation immediately. It is up to you to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. The Foundation is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.

Opinions, advice, statements, or other comments should not necessarily be relied upon and are not to be construed as professional advice from the Foundation or Website Owner. Before acting on any information, material(s), product(s), service(s), and/or content, you should consider its appropriateness within the context of your personal objectives, financial situation, and/or needs. In particular, you should seek independent financial advice and read any relevant product and/or service disclosure statement(s) prior to making an investment and/or general financial decision. The Foundation and Website Owner do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided and are not responsible for any loss resulting from your reliance on such information.

It is agreed that all personal information given to the Foundation or Website Owner will be kept confidential by the Foundation and Website Owner. For more information about your privacy, please visit Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that the Foundation's websites, services, and any software or programs used with respect to the Foundation's services contain proprietary and confidential information that is the property of Website Owner and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. No rights or title to any of the proprietary and confidential information on the Foundation's platforms or any software used in connection with any of its services is provided, transferred, or assigned to you. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of the Foundation's services or software, in whole or in part. Trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works appearing on the website are the property of the Website Owner. The Foundation retains all rights with respect to any intellectual property appearing on the website, and no rights in such materials are transferred or assigned to you.

The Foundation and Website Owner provide the Foundation's services on an "as is" basis and do not make any warranty, express, implied, limited, or other with respect to the services provided. Specifically, the Foundation and Website Owner do not warrant that the service will always be available, be uninterrupted, be error-free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in the services will be corrected.

If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.

The failure of the Foundation or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by the Foundation or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.

This Agreement or any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to provisions of conflicts of law. Any lawsuit arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any such court.

This Agreement constitutes your entire Agreement with DFREE® Global Foundation, Inc. and Website Owner with respect to any services.
