The introduction of high-speed internet in the Kyebi township, powered by Starlink, marks a significant milestone in bridging the digital divide, especially for the youth and young adults. By introducing low-latency, satellite-based connectivity to the area, this initiative transforms a local neighborhood into a connected hub, removing geographical barriers that previously limited access to information. DFREE Foundation has effectively leapfrogged older technologies to ensure the youth of Kyebi are no longer competing with a handicap; they have the same data-transfer capabilities as a student in a major global tech hub. This level playing field ensures that talent, not location, becomes the only limit to what they can achieve.
DFREE® collaboration with individual and church partners built 10-unit public bathrooms for 5 villages where residents lacked indoor plumbing facilities. The beneficiary communities were Kyebi Zongo, Abuakwa State High School (girls’ dormitory), Potroase, Sagyimasi and Akwadum.

Dr. Soaries, on behalf of Dfree Global Foundation, Inc. and First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, donated money to roof the new building of Shalom Baptist Church. This support transitioned the church from worshipping in a tent into a brick-and-mortar building that had been under construction for a few years.
